Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority's (WVSA) goal is to maintain sufficient staffing levels that enable us to support our mission of providing high quality, cost effective wastewater and stormwater services. Decisions to add or backfill positions are made by WVSA’s Board of Directors and Administration, and are based on budgetary allowances and departmental needs.
