What We Do
The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA) provides reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective wastewater treatment services for more than 172,000 Luzerne County residents. The WVSA is also leading a regional approach to stormwater management--a collaborative measure to meet federal mandates aimed at protecting and enhancing the water quality of our local and regional water resources. We're proud to say that we are active in our communities, too.
You may have seen us in your schools, at RiverFest, or a National Night Out raising awareness about stormwater management. You also may have seen us driving down your street sweeping debris that pollutes our waterways or....you may have spotted us clearing catch basins.
