Customer Service
The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority provides a Customer Services Department which focuses exclusively on the ratepayer and his or her special needs.
Occasionally, customers may encounter financial circumstances which prevent them from meeting their billing obligations to WVSA. Customer services clerks work with these and other customers to reach payment schedules that are mutually agreeable to both.
The business office utilizes state-of-the-art computer systems to effectively handle all billing. Your billing questions are answered in a matter of seconds.
Hours and Holidays
The main business office in Hanover Township is open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. Call 570-820-9872 for inquiries.
The business office also has two satellite offices to provide customers with a wide range of services regarding payment of sanitary bills.
We are closed for the following holidays:
- January 1
- Presidents' Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Veteran's Day
- Thanksgiving and the following Friday
- Christmas Eve and Christmas
