Customer service clerks work with you to arrange satisfactory payment arrangements.

The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority provides a Customer Services Department which focuses exclusively on the ratepayer and his or her special needs.

Occasionally, customers may encounter financial circumstances which prevent them from meeting their billing obligations to WVSA. Customer services clerks work with these and other customers to reach payment schedules that are mutually agreeable to both.

The business office utilizes state-of-the-art computer systems to effectively handle all billing. Your billing questions are answered in a matter of seconds.

The business office is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 570-820-9872 with your inquiries.

The business office also has three satellite offices to provide customers with a wide range of services regarding payment of sanitary bills.
